I tried to give fast food a chance again. I chose chipotle although I haven't had chipotle in about 20 years. This specific location was not good at all. The food arrived cold which I guess there's not much that can be done about that but the food was prettt bland. The meat was extra chewy, didn't seem it was well cooked. I like my steak well done and not chewy. Also it could have been cut into smaller pieces as shown in the photo instead I got these big cubes and chunks of meat. Do we get a choice of sauce on the side at all? The lemonade came in a plastic cup, I thought it came in a bottle as shown on the photo. There was a lot of ice and little drink but the drink itself was actually good. I also see in other reviews that this place isn't the cleanest which is concerning. I tried it but I don't think I'll be ordering from her again. Was not satisfied at all with my food and I feel like I wasted my money.

The brown rice is way undercooked and crunchy. It doesn't even taste like rice. The burrito is about half the size as usual, and has basically all rice with almost no chicken or beans. I will not order from here again. This is the second time this has happened. Shrinkflation strikes again.

My chicken burrito bowl was delicious, the steak one was not. it had 1 chunk of what looked like chewed fat (not edible at all, see photo), and there was no other meat in it. so basically, I paid extra for steak and had no steak that could be eaten.

I got the carne asada, it was soo good and tender but still with a little bite to it. The flavors delicious! I got the chimichurri sauce and personally I just didn't like it. The portion was perfect, I didn't have as much rice but it wasn't that big of a deal because I ordered a tortilla on the side. Delicious would order this again.

My kid wanted steak for dinner. (I also ordered it too.) It was inedible for us because of the spice. We don't eat spicy food. My guava Jarrito was great with a glass of ice! Also, if your child orders fruit, it's just a clementine. It just sucks I feel like I wasted my money.
