While filling, the meat was completely cold (and not because of slow delivery - it arrived super fast) but because the meat was clearly not hot to begin with. The $12 queso was grainy and clumpy. Twelve dollars for grainy queso! Let that sink in.
The prices at Chipotle are out of control! And $20 for a Burrito Bowl with guac made with cold meat? Give me a break, Chipotle! Do better.

It was a nice bowl of rice and beans, sprinkled with chicken lettuce cheese and the tomatoes mix. It's sad too cause chipotle is really one of my most favorite restaurants for fast food. Maybe it's the store or the employees. Idk but they really need to make a change so that we can receive what we actually purchased.

Took 40 minutes to get my order, staff was arguing behind the counter and manager was very rude to customers and staff

Food was so sparse. The bowl was like half full. Barely any lettuce. Or rice. This pic was the second we mixed and opened it. It's like half full.
