This location is soooo inconsistent. I always order the same Burrito Bowl and Chips. This is not a hot & spicy meal, last 2 orders it's been so spicy it isn't enjoyable. Whatever seasoning is on the carnitas completely overtakes every other flavor for me. Also, when you order lettuce it's usually shredded- today it came with comically long lettuce strips laid over it like a blanket; I legit took all the lettuce off and cut it myself so I could mix it in lol. Chips completely stale for the second time in a row, and portion is about 1/3 of what you get at any other location. Does not leave me wanting to order again.

The burrito bowls are always packed and the ingredients are fresh. Easily can get 2 meals out of one bowl, if not more. I wish there was an option to add extra of ingredients, like lettuce but I now just add my own from home !

My burrito Bowl was filled to the top but my rice was hard and seemed old or undercooked . So disappointing for a $26 order !!

The queso had chicken pieces in it even though it wasn’t supposed to, which was a big issue because my brother is a vegetarian. The lid on my chicken bowl was smashed, causing the sour cream inside the bowl to splatter all over the food. The chicken also tasted burnt. Very disappointing.

i spent 30+ dollars on a burrito and chips, only for my burrito to arrive with less than half the toppings i ordered... no salsa, no guac, no lettuce or cheese, just white rice with blacks beans and chicken...
