Very disappointing experience at the Chipotle on 2225 Shattuck Ave.
The portions were shockingly small barely any meat or rice in my bowl. What’s worse, the chicken tasted old and dry, like it had been sitting out for hours. Definitely didn’t feel fresh or worth the price.
This location has really gone downhill lately. If I’m paying full price, I expect better quality and service. Management seriously needs to step in and fix the food standards here.

Serving sizes are getting smaller and smaller. We ordered a Burrito Bowl and paid $5+ for extra carnitas and barely received enough for 1 serving, let alone an extra serving. This has happened a few times now. Not sure I'll be ordering again.

The Three Tacos were delicious and beautifully put together. The same for the Burrito Bowl. Whoever took such care with our food. Thank you. It is amazing!

The most unbelievable saddest salad. The bottom of the bowl was barely covered. I spent $100 and no one will get partially full. Very disappointed at the serving size. Kid sizes it seems. Not sure what happened chipotle.

The Quesadilla, chips & salsa were very good. The Burrito and Burrito bowl were packed with rice but had very little chicken. I realize the price of food is sky-rocketing but please do not mess with the quality and quantity of your food.
