rice is overcooked and too hard to chew, plus it makes up more than half the bowl so it's basically inedible, waste of a 20

It was a bowl of salt. The meat was so salty so I tried to eat the rice around it and that was salty too. I threw it away after 3 bites. Also the chips were super salty! Worst bowl I had, will take a break from this store for a while. 2 stars for the drink, at least that had no salt.

The carnitas was mostly fat. They are starting to add more quantity of the ingredients since people have been boycotting them but the quality has gone down. Chips are stale

I ordered my Burrito Bowl with extra chicken and got barely a single portion of meat. My Burrito was not even completely wrapped and basically just fell apart immediately. I ordered Chips & Guacamole as well, came with no chips. This Chipotle just doesn't follow the orders they are given, and for the cost it's simply not worth it.
