I ordered a Chicken Burrito Bowl and Chips. When I received my order the portion was very small filling up one half of the carton after mixing all the ingredients together. There was no fresh salsa/pico, my bowl had 3 large pieces of lettuce and the rice was hard and crunchy. Very dissatisfied.

2.20 for some damn chips that would've been FREE with my bowl anywhere else and all I got was a toddler size handful of chips. Then the bowl is Luke warm so the cheese doesn't even melt.

The Burrito Bowl was delicious as usual, but I also ordered Chips & Queso that was awful! The Queso tasted burnt. The chips were stale and tough.
I have never had bad Queso before but this was terrible. And it cost me over $5.00. I'll still get my Burrito Bowl from timeto to time

Last time I ordered, I was content with my order even though it was late. This time my food was wrapped and bagged better, hot, and i received double the chips i did last time. i know covid is tough so i really appreciate the hard work thats being done.

My wife and I have had hit-or-miss experiences with this Chipotle. The Chips & Guacamole have been stale around 3 out of 4 times we've ordered here. The burritos are usually pretty reliable, but today our rice in the burritos was well undercooked, so the whole thing was crunchy (unlike our chips).
