I have never had a problem with Chipotle and the Crestview location did not disappoint. Whoever made my Burrito, ddoesn't make enough money. Good was fresh, hot and tasty. Excellent portion of steak that would make the other Mexican restaurants blush. Will order again!

As much as we spent it definitely wasn't worth it. The cheese dip is chunky and the chips tasted pretty stale. While I would've enjoyed my bowl more if it was not mostly sauce. At the end i had to so much sauce that I had to keep dumping it to the side after I hunted down the meat like it was Easter again. I will say the quesadillas were good and seemed filled nicely. We did not like the set up on sides but some of this can be considered personal preference. I would give it some time before I tried again and would have to look into getting all sauces on the side.

They were out of chipotle chicken, which isn't a big deal to me. I got steak instead, but it was burnt and dry. Then the cheese was longer than normal (like spaghetti strings i kid you not) and tasted old. Lastly, the queso was a sort've yellowish brown color, not what it usually is and thicker than normal. It was a good portion size, but I don't think I will be ordering from Chipotle again.

Chips are ALWAYS stale. Everytime. Steak is hit or miss. Sometimes decent but more often than not tastes old or warmed over. The only thing Chipotle has over Hot Heads Burritos is sauces

This was the worst chipotle food I've ever had. The meat was hard and dried out. The bowl was barely half full. That's ridiculous for nearly $20 per bowl. Both of our bowls were like that.
