Little to no Sofritas were added to the bowl?? It was literally a bowl of rice. :( I'm hoping the reason for this was because it was ordered at a busy time? Otherwise I would have like to have gotten notification if they were out!

my rice is complately dry, as if it was left out for days,its very hard to chew on and the portion sucks for what I paid its mostly lettuce and no meat. very disappointed. Burrito Bowl

I normally love chipotle but today I was very disappointed. The guacamole was brown and had already turned and the rice still had a crunchy texture. Will not order from this chipotle through door dash anymore.
