• 26-04-06They always consistently give you smaller portions online. I almost reported it as missing chicken because I order double meat and only saw sofritas. It is 100% not double meat- more like 1/2 and 1/2- and I paid extra for that. Also, whenever I order a salad the bag always rips right through. This happened 3 times. They need to secure it better somehow.

• 26-06-14Getting chipotle delivered is always such a gamble. Today my bowl was very ingredient heavy (lettuce, beans, etc) but there was definitely a lack of meat which is unfortunate. It was a decently filled bowl which is rare. Kind of not worth it when you're paying for delivery fees and what not though.

• 25-09-01Unsanitary. They tried to put rice from the counter in my bowl. Very little portions and we're missing some of ingredients.

• 25-12-03Portion sizes are very very inconsistent, one day I get a fully loaded burrito, the next day it's a glorified soft taco with 5 or 6 pieces of chicken in it. Taste is always there, but way too inconsistent with sizes.
