The children's rice and my rice was hard and undercooked. The children's quesadilla entree was packaged with the rice and bean MIXED together (bad for a kid that's expecting them seperated). The beans were spicy compared to other chipotle locations, even for me. It arrived in 3 little containers vs the kids platter. The quesadillas was an XL tortilla folded onto itself 4 or more times with very little cheese versus a normal small tortilla folded once with cheese in the middle (as pictured). I wont bother ordering from this location again. Unreliable product and our lunch is virtually inedible.

Can't tell but the rice is undercooked for most part and getting stuck in my teeth. there's more cilantro then anything and the lettuce is old again like last time. even though last time I had less of a portion it was edible.

One of my first times picking up my order instead of getting it delivered. When the machine was running slow and glitching, the girl that was working there, Becky, took care of my order. Not only that but she gave great, fresh, portions. Would order again, great staff and food. Thanks!

Food was so gross. Barley any chicken in the burrito. Cilantro was in huge pieces. In the guacamole the onions were huge and it was warm and brown. Most disgusting chipotle I've ever had.

The last several times I have ordered, the Burrito Bowl has been almost entirely filled with rice. There is almost no meat. Very small portions of beans and toppings as well.
