Terrible food. This food doesn't even taste like the Chipotle "recipe" the meat was salty, dried out, and the rice grains still semi raw. The portions did not look like I paid $25 for a Burrito Bowl. Additionally, a lot of the toppings were missing... I know for a fact this store is extremely busy since opening day, but I don't believe this is an excuse for such product. Hoping it was just a bad day as I truly enjoy Chipotle's food. In the meantime, I would love if I could have the Bloomingdale's store back as a choice for us. They are always great!

The food was terrible.. I never thought I would say that. I worked for chipotle. Cut sizes off steak was bland chicken was bland rice was under cooked veggies had no salt and were under cooked I order double chicken and steak got half and half and the rice portion was not correct either. Half a scoop of sour cream and sprinkle of cheese. Worst bowl ever. I get peole make mistakes but this was such a miss.. hopefully they were just new...

only a few small pieces of steak (as ALWAYS when it comes to this location) and dark brown guacamole in my Bowl and with chips 🤮

Frugal portions. I usually am a huge fan of chipotle. Qdoba was my place until the changed some things up. We needed a chipotle in the area. But sadly disappointed in the quantiy of what was recieved. For the upcharged paid, extra chicken and the side of chips and queso. Extra chicken looked more like a teaspoon. The chips and queso, though you get what you would expect for chips, the queso was laughable, maybe enough for 5 chips.

Rice was cold and had large lumps in it. Quality was down from past orders. Hardly any meat or black beans. Very disappointed
