• 23-09-12My steak bowl- with a cost of $13+ had less than 20 TINY LEFTOVER pieces of steak, and less than 8 pieces of peppers/veggies. The rice was clumped on one side of the bowl. Bad attention to detail. The other two items I ordered - a kids meal and another chicken bowl- were of the same quality. TERRIBLE

• 23-06-15I paid $23 for a double portion of steak. I received a half filled bowel of what looks like a half portion; not to mention with aging guac. Completely unacceptable!

• 24-12-19Burrito Bowls were good. The Large Chips & Large Guacamole were terrible. the Large portion of Guacamole was about 6 to 8 ounces, was dark green and looked like it was a day old, nothing like the TV commercials showing its made fresh everyday. The chips were too salty to eat. Highly discourage getting the Guacamole and chips.

• 26-02-12For the past few months the burritos are over stuffed with rice and hardly any other fillings. I order delivery and no matter how much I add extra I end up with a rice Burrito and never want to finish it. I honestly take a few bites and it ends up in the trash.

• 23-02-12The food was pretty cold, they added 2 shreds of lettuce on my food. And maybe a punch of cheese. I would have to say, the only time I get good service from any chipotle. Is when I go inside. Save your money from all the fees, and go pick it up. I feel like they make your food better, in person.
