I love Chipotle but when I pay $6.30 extra for extra chicken, I would expect extra chicken. I know the difference and never have an issue if I go in. However, the last two times I have door dashed there is no extra chicken. :(

The Vista location I order from always gives me a lot of food in my burrito bowls! The food tastes delicious and they get my order right every time. Fast delivery which I appreciate as well since it's quick and easy. Definitely recommend!

ordered a $3.95 BOTTLE of Nantucket Apple juice & received a kids juice box, 3 carnitas tacos and 1 teaspoon of meat and all sour cream, chips & queso- it was luke warm curdled. My door dasher delivered in 10 mins so it wasnt him. 1st time eating here & wont buy again.

they forgot the guac that cost extra for the quesadilla. it's happened before alot so maybe don't do the add ons. the 10$ guac that i did receive is extremely bland, total bummer. so i paid 13-14$ for a horrible side of guacamole. feels like a scam haha

Ordered a Burrito Bowl. There was barely any meat or fajita veggies. Too much sour cream and rice, and the guacamole tasted weird. Pretty disappointed for the price
