I was not aware that they changed the name from Burrito Bowl to rice bowl. The bowl was filled with 95% rice and 5% filled with meat and other toppings. The rice was undercooked, very hard chalky taste. The steak was rubbery and pretty tasteless.

The burrito was all rice, requested extra steak and had a total of 4 pieces of steak in it. The rice was hard like it was raw. Definitely not worth the price I paid.

the portion of my burrito bowl was about half of what I normally get on a regular day and the guacamole I ordered was brown. I have no idea how that was not considered when packing my order. Browning guacamole should never be given out. very dissatisfied.

Do NOT order from this chipotle. Burrito bowl was overwhelmed completely with sour cream. I like sour cream, but when you unload what seems to be 64oz of the stuff into a burrito bowl, it tends to overpower everything else. This is not the first time this has happened either.

My bowl came missing two of the toppings. There is also less food in the bowl then what you would usually get at the store in person. This did not feel worth $10, I felt like I recieved child sized portions.
