The 2 bags of chips were not crispy. In fact they were tough. I couldn't tell if they were under cooked or stale. But, they were not edible. The container for the salad was too small. Everything was so smashed together, it was running over the sides and difficult to tell if was the salad. Just not like any salad I have ever received from Chipotle's.This is the first time I've had any concerns or complaints about any of your food. Hopefully it was just an isolated incident.

I ordered a carnitas bowl with extra meat and I got maybe 5-6 pieces of meat in the bowl. Total rip off because it cost me an extra $5!

There was hardly any rice in the steak Burrito Bowl and the steak was extremely chewy. The barbacoa Salad that was ordered had barely any lettuce. The lettuce that the salad did have was at the bottom; got soggy, and a some of the lettuce pieces were browning badly.

Very disappointed by how the burritos were rapped. Everything was in layers and put togther improper. One bite would be just sour cream then the other bite was just guacamole. Both burritos were like this. Especially paying 46 dollars for 2 burritos is embarrassing as a business. I know the price is higher due to door dash but there staff needs to be properly trained on how to lay out the ingredients and wrap a burrito. Only reason I gave 2 stars was the ingredients were fresh and tasted fresh.

Portion size of the burrito was small definitely not worth the price. I ate the whole burrito and wasn't even full which is not normal. I would recommend to venture to the one off Johnson drive if you want chipotle. They always get you your moneys worth
