I was so disappointed. I hardly had any chicken. There was an over amount of beans and white rice. I tried to call and talk to a manager but that was to no avail . I have always had the same order when I go in, and I never had a problem. I would always get the honey chipotle chicken bowl, when available, with guacamole...Ordering online was definitely a big mistake. It was as if I ordered from a totally different restaurant....

This Chipotle location is probably the best around the area. They're generous with portions unlike the Chipotle across from Ontario Mills & can properly assemble their bowls & burritos. I've never had an issue here. 5 Stars!

Worst burrito I've ever gotten. You'd think for $13, my burrito would be full. I only get chicken, rice, and cheese. I get it all the time. Even thought it's only 3 ingredients, I still usually get a nice full burrito. Tonight it was basically flat. Barely anything in it, and chicken that was in it, I spit out twice because it had chewy tendons. Terrible! $16 w/ tax and I threw 1/2 away.

The meal was not what I was expecting. I ordered a Burrito Bowl. very minimal items not to confuse restaurant staff. Which was Rice Chipotle honey chicken (not proportion), vegetables, and cheese. (what I got was plain white rice) not cilantro lime. The bowl cost me more than $25 - delivery and tip. I also purchased chips and Queso(1/2 cup) & cold that too was not up to expectations. Chipotle in Rancho on Football I thought so highly of you. This was not it!

found a piece of avocado skin in my 3.95 guacamole, the chicken and steak bowl were so salty we could finish it. this is the worst bowls we've had from Chipotle
