the beans in the burrito were severely undercooked!! as in some were literally hard & raw! the meat was a small scoop in 1 spot! I had to unwarp the burrito & use a fork to spread the little bit out! waaaay too much rice

It doesn't matter whether I order on DoorDash or pick up or order within a store, Chipotle never gets my order right the first time. In this order of a burrito, chips and queso, sprite, and Coca-Cola, they forgot my chips! How can you have chips and queso without the chips?! of course I paid for it and didn't receive it. Also my burrito wasn't fully wrapped within the foil, it was hanging out the end which is disgusting. It shouldn't be transported in a paper bag partly wrapped and partly exposed. One good thing is their new cilantro lime sauce is amazing! Please continue to carry it it will add wonderful flavor and spices send a bit of heat to everything you use it with.

the ingredients are good, but this store never gets the order right. usually it is a missing ingredient in the Burrito Bowl but this time, the Three Tacos were the culprit. the shells were not even filled a quarter of the way and there was no sour cream. it's not THAT big a deal but it just seems like each order, we are just "making do" with what we received. for $16, I would expect a hard shell taco to have fillings filled full. Cmon. we can do better.

My burrito arrived cold, not properly wrapped (the foil or the tortilla) and so greasy it was glossy. There are ingredients in here I didn't ask for (lettuce), and upon opening, the burrito fell apart. Massive disappointment for a $30 order.

I was very disappointed to open my bowl and see it filled only with rice and cheese. I received about three strands of lettuce and 5 pieces of chicken. I also had no corn and a tiny scoop of beans. I would like my money back because I didnt enjoy my meal due to the fact it was cold and the items in the bowl were not up to my standards.
