I live nearby and have been eating at this Chipotle since it opened. Unfortunately the quality has dropped so much that my family no longer wants to order from here, especially with Cava right next door. There have been food quality issues for months. The food we just ordered was inedible. The Burrito Bowl and Burrito had undercooked rice and cold meat. The steak in Burrito Bowl was so tough, it was either over cooked or left out too long. The Burrito was also so tiny, it was a more like a half or mini burrito. The Three Tacos were the only item that was good, as well as the Chips & Guacamole. The restaurant really needs to put a focus on their quality, especially with so many new restaurants opening nearby.

Very disappointed with my hard tacos. Very little meat, very little corn, and very little tomatoes. I pay a good amount money for these tacos and unfortunately I'm highly disappointed with the way my tacos were made. I would like a refund.

Large portion however the rice was completely inedible with the amount of salt in it, and the amount of other things (fajitas veggies, lettuce, salsa) was very minimal making the burrito bowl terrible. The burrito itself was good, minus the salty rice issue.

Burrito was great as always, however I ordered double chicken and it was definitely single amount of chicken at best. Given how much chipotle charges for double meat, this is pretty unacceptable

Chipotle’s always a solid choice — fresh ingredients, tasty burrito bowls, and quick service. The portions are generous, and everything was still hot when it arrived. Definitely hit the spot!
