The North Oak,MN location for me was a satisfying experience. It was my first time ordering from them and although I had mine delivered, my burrito bowl had a generous amount of proteins and was complimented by an ample amount of additives. The food was delivered fresh and the presentation of my burrito bowl was neat. I hope everyone can say the same. As for me, I enjoyed my lunch today!

The steak was cold and chewy and it didn't taste fresh at all. And it tasted like leftovers and tastes like someone just left the food out and it looked there was a really small portion of corn. Also that was the only good thing the lettuce tasted pasted the due date an I would not order this again unless it's in person and it's fresh.

ordered 4 bowls one of them had extra steak. the extra steak was put on the wrong bowl. the one that was supposed to have extra had very little steak at all. the chips were undercooked. most of them were limp, and soggy. not crispy at all. the Queso Blanca was very bland not much flavor.

Why do I keep giving this place another chance?? How hard is it to make sure an order is correct before it goes out the door!!! This is why you have someone expediting orders to make sure they are right!! Bowls are sloppily made and barely any ingredients and EVERY single time I order a chips and guac I NEVER get my bag of chips
Maybe if the employees weren't high they would be able to get things right! Clearly the mgmt doesn't care about what's going out the door!!I will be giving all my business to pancheros (a store who truly cares about the patrons)

Do you love tiny, overpriced, cold portions?? Well this place is for you. I ordered a chicken bowl with guac and all the add-ons but I received what seemed like quarter portions... the bowl was dang near empty. Absolutely disgusting to pay $13 for $2 worth of food.
