Other FMK restaurants are awesome, especially harvest about bagging their cold and hot food separately. It doesn't do much for a salad if you bag it on top of a hot container of food. Y'all could learn from Harvest!

Tough Filet that came in 3 pieces, why would you cut a Filet into 3 pieces? Could barely chew it. Crabmeat? There was none. One Asparagus spear. Runny mashed potatoes, instant potatoes. 57.48 for a terrible meal!

Every item in this order was disappointing. I've never see a Caesar salad like this - a pile of chopped unripe lettuce with a couple croutons. The dressing was the same fake, bottle kind used by the fast food chains. All for $14!
The mushroom appetizer was a joke and didn't match the menu description.
The main entree was even more disappointing for price. The salmon, ordered medium, was prepared HARD seared and very well done. My 10 year old could cook a piece of salmon better. The mashed potatoes are 100% not real - grey/translucent in color and no texture.

I’d like to report a disappointing experience with my recent order. The Dasher had to wait over an hour at the restaurant, and when the food finally arrived:
The bread was missing entirely.
The potato was undercooked.
The 8oz Filet Mignon was overcooked and arrived without the bourbon sauce.
There was barely any spinach.
Given the full dine-in pricing, I expected a quality experience comparable to what the restaurant serves in-house. Chopped Salad was good.

This was my 2nd time trying. I spent over $50 on an al'cart bone-in ribeye that was tough, gristly and tasted bland as rubber. Never again. If you want a good steak in Ocala or The Villages there are only three options, Remmingtons, Mark's or the Nancy Lopez Legacy restaurant... maybe Bonefish.
