food was good but could of actually smothered the whole plate of fries not just 3/4.. 😔 Soft drink was cold and fresh 👍🏼 drink🥤🥤🥤🧊🧊🧊

The food is good as always from Chubby's, we ordered a Shredded Beef Burrito that looked more like a half burrito, the Steak Taco and Beef Taco were spot on with size and flavor. The tacos and Bean Tostada arrived crunchy and still warm. Also ordered Beans, Rice, a quart size of each, and Smothered French Fries which arrived hot and still crispy, these are a must for our household, these are so delicious. We also got Sopapillas for the first time, these arrived warm and I couldn't helpbut take a bite, very good with cinnamon sugar all over. We also ordered a dozen Fresh Giant Tortillas which unfortunately did not make it into the bag for delivery. The food was great and if wasnt for the missing tortillas I would have given this order 5 stars easily. I spent a lot of money on my order, and even if I only spent a fraction of the $70, attention to detail is a huge must.

Beef Burrito special
Plus Beef Taco and large Pepsi is always super bomb. The meat is fresh. And I would 10/10 recommend. The portion is perfect as well , you may have left overs you may not, enjoy friends!

The beef taco was so delicious, I can't review it because I devoured it 30 seconds after it hit the door. Taco Bell Taco Supreme? Nah, I don't think so... Chubby's taco is SUPREME!
Let us move to the famous Chubby's beef and bean smothered burrito.
Back story: The original Chubby's (where I was initiated) was, and apparently still is, located at 38th and Lipan. My father owned and operated the neighborhood grocery store next door. My father introduced me to Stella Cordova.
I was eating a Chubby's beef and bean smothered burrito on the roof of the building in 1986 when the Space Shuttle Challenger disaster happened.
End of the backstory.
I also ordered (2) beef and bean smothered burritos, for nostalgia's sake.
They still do it the way they did it in 1986!
Delicious beef and bean, smothered (if you like HOT, get the HOT, but it will grow hairs in weird places). I recommend half and half. It's still hot as hell.

Hadn't been to a Chubby's in years so I couldn't resist getting some. The burritos are still good but they got wimpy with the chili. Their chili used to be hot enough to make you pass out. Still good but it doesn't have the burn it used to. That's the part I missed most. It might just be because of the location the order came from. Because the W. 38th Avenue location is still the best.
