My sandwich was not up-to-par. The chicken breast was quite small and flat (it didn't extend beyond the bun), and did not have the crunchy coating I am used to. In the past my sandwiches have always looked like they're pictured in the menu. This one didn't.

the chicken in the chicken sandwich was very flat, dry and at some points too difficult to even chew. Fries were good however they fell off pretty fast as they started to cool which is problematic if you're getting this delivered to you. The Mac and cheese tasted good however you could taste and feel that it's been in a hot case all day.

okra was burnt, I ordered white gravy and got brown which was crazy salty! the Chicken Fried Steak was not that great. I will not be ordering that again

Chicken tenders were so dry the fries were stale like they have been sitting under the heat lamp all day the biscuits were good and the apple pie was good
