POPCORN: didn't taste as good as it used to - it's like they're using a cheaper kind of popcorn or something. Or maybe they save the good stuff for people who attend the theatre in person, I don't know. The popcorn also tasted like "topping" was on it, not real butter like I ordered. It was also too salty. Lastly, the popcorn had a lot of "debris" scattered throughout - by "debris", I mean all those little teeny tiny bits of popcorn, unpopped kernels and little bits of husks - all that stuff that eventually ends up at the bottom of the bag. Nobody wants to eat that.
CHOCOLATE MILKSHAKE - tasted okay, but-- the lid was all drippy and messy on top, something I didn't notice because it is transparent. It had not been wiped off. So when I tilted the cup to take a sip, all the drippy chocolate stuff went on my shirt.
Overall, a very poor experience, the worst I've had with Cineplex. Very disappointing.
