• 25-08-19The caramel Pecan Bon was undercooked, still raw in places. tasted good, as they always have, but it was dough_y. .The Mochalatta Chill® was excellent, blending the flavors perfectly. And the Churro Stick needed to be heated up to attain its usually yummy goodness.

• 26-06-30Totally undercooked cinnamon rolls, so doughy. As much as we pay for food today, I expect more attention to detail and better quality.

• 26-04-18I ordered Center of the Roll™ and about three bites in discovered half of the one I received was undercooked and inedible. I love cinnamon rolls, and make them from scratch regularly. What I received was undercooked, cold disappointment. I used to love Cinnabon, but I will not be buying again.

• 22-05-07The cinnamon buns were not fresh. Definitely more than a day old. And the center of the roll is a joke. They just cut up cinnamon rolls into pieces and put them in a bowl. Totally misleading and false advertising. No thank you. I remember when this store used to be good.
