The nachos would’ve been 100% better if the chips weren’t soaked like they survived a hurricane under all that sauce. Maybe try putting the chips in a separate bag and the wet ingredients on the side… you know, like literally every other Mexican restaurant.
The 18 wings? Dry, tough, and glued to the bone like they were fighting back.

Three cheese baked mac and cheese. It's always been very good. I ordered an add-on beef brisket and was disappointed. A little less than half a tiny portion cup worth for 1.50.
will order a rib next time.

The Beef Brisket is always my favorite. The lean cut had charring, which I liked. Normally, the meat has smoke rings, so I'm not sure how this store is preparing the meat. For the price, I'd prefer more uniform cuts that are thicker or more of the thin slices for a better sandwich to match the advertised images. For a $12 sandwich this matters.
The Baked Beans with Brisket was a little sweet for my taste... but good overall. It was more juice than beans. It's almost $4... a can of beans could be a better option if it's mostly juice.
I would suggest they really keep cost saving strategies balanced with delivering customer value.

This was a terrible meal. Everything was very greasy and cooked in old oil. The chicken was dry and very tough, The fries were old and clumped together. They didn't look anything like the beautiful picture you have of them. My dasher arrived so quickly with my order. That is one way I knew the food had not been freshly prepared. The other way is by how old and greasy it tasted. I deserve better for the money I paid, and I would like a refund. You need to do better for your customers and take pride in the food you prepare. Lastly don't send the food in pieces of paper with the grease shining through. The whole dinner was a huge disappointment! You can tell by my picture I wasn't able to eat much of it.
