Substituted an item I ordered saying it was out of stock (it was in stock when I ordered it) with something I am not able to eat. No contact or notification was made asking if the substitution was okay and they charged me more for the item that was substituted.

dissapointing kinda burnt overcooked & tiny, this place used to be a favorite but the portion size is now half size & twice the price! ripoff! ive been a faithful customer for almost 10 years i dont think ill be ordering again.
