As always the food was absolutely incredible. As a chef im very particular about food and I've yet to have something from Colcas that wasn't amazing. From the sauces to the Beef Tenderloin Sandwich , Fried Rice , both types of fries everything has been incredible and the portions for the price is excellent and the consistency of quality never disappoints.

I would definitely order this again and again and never get tired of it. Everything is well cooked, well seasoned and delicious! The portions are very generous and it arrives hot and fresh. I ordered the half chicken with black beans and green beans and it never disappoints!

Outstanding food and service! Everything is always perfectly cooked and seasoned, and the portions are so generous for the price! I forgot to request condiments last time, and they included enough for the whole family anyway (which you never see in this economy)! The whole chicken and two large sides combo is the way to go. We will absoluely be regulars here!

The half chicken is to die for! The chicken is juicy, seasoned well and comes with a variety of sauces for dipping. My favorite is their Peruvian mayo. I get the green beans and the black beans on the side and I am never disappointed. If you're picking up the food, it will be hard to keep your hands out of the container. The customer service inside the store is top notch and they have many other delicious dishes to choose from. This one just happens to be my fave!
