• 23-01-09Cold Stone is basically as good as your own recipe but if you're not in a creative mood they have so many options on their creations menu that anyone could find an ice cream/toppings combo to satisfy their sweet tooth. I was worried that it might arrive too melted since I ordered delivery but I paid the extra $2.99 to ensure that my order came directly to me without any other pickups or dropoffs and it was perfect consistency. So why only 3 stars? The first time I tried the Banana Caramel Crunch® (in store) they put such a small piece of banana and so little caramel or almonds that it just tasted like French vanilla. But since the recipe sounded so good i tried it again this time and paid for extra everything. I had the 'Gotta Have It' size to split with my husband and while he was eating his half first we noticed that every bit of toppings was on the top and sides leaving a center (equivalent to at least 1/2 the cup) that was solid plain vanilla. They didn't chop it up and mix it through which is the whole concept of the place. They didnt even start making it until my delivery driver arrived to pick it up so maybe they rushed it but that's no excuse. I'm very disappointed because its a rare occasion for me and I didn't get what I wanted. I used to get Cold Stone with my family at 2 other locations prior to moving here and this has never happened before. So I suggest skipping the delivery and order "in person" so they make it in front you and you can make adjustments on your ice cream if it isn't looking they way you want. So now I know why it survived the delivery without melting at all...because it had a solid center :(. This review is for the Tracy location only.

• 25-10-05Could've been mixed better and for $12 there's barely any peanut butter or Reese's cups but it's fine I guess. Pretty much got chocolate ice cream with bits of peanut butter and candy.

• 26-07-18The ice cream is great the problems is not getting what I ordered and because I had it doordashed and it was so close to closing they messed up my order and I couldn't get it fixed. The ice cream is good. Don't give me wrong but I was charged for a chocolate dip waffle bowl which I wanted and I didn't get it. They served in a regular bowl, it's an extra three dollars for the waffle bowl and with everything being expensive nowadays, including delivery fees now I think you should get what you pay for. Read your order next time guys

• 26-07-12Stone cold used to be really really good. The ice cream I got today was horrible. I got the banana ice cream and it tasted literally like something would just straight chemicals in it. It was not natural tasting like usual and my waffle cone was burnt. How can you even sell a burnt waffle cone? They are horrible. They won't keep my business

• 25-05-15Tried the Going Bananas for JELL-O® Pudding and it was amazing, much better than I expected. My son really enjoyed the OREO® Overload and I was very pleased with my usual Founder's Favorite®.
