• 26-05-16The freezer pack was only half full, which was extremely disappointing for the price charged. I’ve been a regular customer, but this felt very misleading and unprofessional. Paying premium prices and receiving less product than expected is unacceptable. Sadly, this experience has really changed my opinion of the business.

• 26-05-14Ordered 2 of the same item and got this. One is smaller and has much less add ins than the other. Definitely paid the same price for both though. Coldstone's quality has gotten sad.

• 23-04-01It was very good, but for $19 and a $10 tip, it was overpriced. I thought the serving size would be bigger for the price. Addtionally, to deliver ice cream for 40* minutes there should be a way to keep it from melting into soup.

• 24-01-18it was great but the Surrender to Strawberry™ only had one strawberry and one cake piece so it was basically just strawberry ice cream.

• 26-04-18Not sure if it was just a bad day or what but short and rude and it shows in how the items were made. For the price folks that work there could at least smile knowing you paid 40$ for 2 pints of "put together like dollar tree" ice cream and ignored coming in and treated like crap leaving. Helped me make up my mind so we will definitely not go there again. Over priced and rude.
