I usually love cold stone, it's my go-to ice cream stop... this time I ordered a custom quart ($20 plus doordash fees) and they left out the equivalent of a scoop. Not a huge deal, but it's a pretty expensive quart to leave out a scoop worth of product. This won't discourage me from shopping here later, but I thought it was worth noting.

Got a Create Your Own Creation with the Halloween cake batter (Boo Batter), white chocolate chips, and gummies. Despite it taking almost an hour to get here, it was still frozen and very tasty. Bottled Water is water, but it was $7 cheaper to get it with the water than without, so....

The ice cream barely touched the sides of the cup and didn't even reach the top. It resembled about a scoop of ice cream even though it was the Gotta have it size. I got less ingredients when I ordered extra. The ingredients were not even mixed. Highly disappointing.

the ice cream is always great, but I wish the items were labeled. we frequently get the same mix in but different base ice cream and have to guess - not my favorite game because I don't like the other base ice cream.

the like it shakes are not worth it i payed 10 dollars for half a cup of shake :/ i opted for no whip there's no way that half of my shake would be whip
