• 26-06-11Create your own Sundae was just awful!  It arrived wrapped in plastic, which is going to obviously keep it hot! Not cool!
It was half melted like a scoop or less, with zero flavor. Zero caramel as well! Absolute waste. First time and last time with Coldstone! Huge disappointment! For over $40 dollars for this and one for my sister. They lost what would have been a good customer!

• 25-12-02I got a Reese's sundae with $6 extra Reese's cups and peanut butter sauce and got a cups of vanilla icecream with barely any toppings, horrible

• 25-11-11I ordered something and received something totally different. My order was cake batter with red velvet add in and sprinkles not a difficult order . The ice cream seemed like it was left in a freezer with no top on it . Ended up throwing it out it was awful. I wouldn't order from 6401 Jericho anymore , also the portion sizes were not worth the cost

• 26-06-09Didn't have one of toppings listed and was still charged 2$. Medium is also upwards of 10$ and only comes with one topping.

• 25-06-16We ordered two bowls, one was suppose to be in a waffle bowl, which we paid extra for. However, when it was delivered, it was in the normal cup. We enjoy the ice cream but it can be inconsistent at times, missing toppings/sauces as well as the amount
