Cold stone has THE BEST ice cream. It's miles above ice cream from the grocery store. Hence why I purchase it in the biggest container they offer! Sadly, they charge way more when ordering through DoorDash than in store (a severe 25% increase in price, from 15$ to 20$). AND they don't offer any "Special Requests" or give better options on their order form. I've been ordering from there for a VERY long time - back when they did accept "Special Requests." They know it's for me, lol. I've ALWAYS wanted the mix ins on the side or a very small amount of mix in. Yet they always load it so heavily with mix ins - you barely get any ice cream. People want enough ice cream to warrant their money! If they just wanted candy; they'd go buy candy and cover store bought ice cream with it. The beauty of Cold Stone is their well made ice cream! Some times they only fill up the container halfway. So Sad.

The last time we ordered Our Strawberry Blonde®, it seemed as though the strawberries had been fully thawed before mixing. This time the fruit was like biting into ice cubes. it was also like this for the Cheesecake Fantasy®.

Ice cream, strawberries, and walnuts were good but it's the smallest one that can be ordered and the cup wasn't filled up. You should get your moneys worth

ColdStone has the best ice cream. Ive ordered three nights in a row now a half gallon size to put in my freezer but all ive gotten is the smallest size. Doordash has given me my money back but cold stone needs to get with the program.

Unfortunately, the ice cream itself didn't taste the same tonight. It had a bitter taste. Not sure if there is something wrong with the ice cream, or the preparation materials, but it is way too expensive to have bitter-tasting ice cream. This was a disappointment.
