• 24-09-26I like to order my ice cream from here, but I have it 3 stars because they left out my brownie, which I paid for. Mt Oxford is the first one we all got Create Your Own Creation , mine was chocolate chip cookie dough with brownie and roasted almonds, my daughter just plain vanilla then my mom got cheesecake with pineapple.

• 22-01-11Ordered 2 largest shakes they have and ice cream in cup. Savory strawberry shake was like milk consistency with strawberry flavor, create your own shake cup 1/2 full, warm like warm milk and tasted sour had to throw away. The ice cream in bowl largest size cold but melted and only about 80% or less full. I got 8.and cents back of a 30.00 order. Cant eat or drink any of this order. Oh my order was 17 to 24 minutes for filling order and delivery time. Beats me how order can be this bad in less than 30 minutes.

• 22-04-18They gave me my milkshakes in a small bag instead of a drink holder. Half of my milkshake was spilled inside of the bag. Very unprofessional.
