• 24-09-12We order from Cold Stone at least once a week. We get the triple pint German Chocolate Cake and pay extra for more brownie and caramel. Yesterday I dished out the ice cream and it was basically just chocolate ice cream. There should be enough mix ins for 3 pints plus the extra we pay for. I only get the extras maybe 1 out of 5 times that we order. Are they not reading the whole order or just don't care? This one container costs us over $21.00! That's a whole lot to pay for plain ice cream. I'm getting really tired of being ripped off.

• 1 day agoI ordered 2 create your own creations and received someone else's creation. Instead of getting strawberry ice cream with gummy bears n strawberry chunks, I got plain strawberry ice cream and nothing else. Instead of coffee ice cream with Oreo and caramel corn I got just coffee n caramel corn. They were great, just not what I ordered.

• 25-08-17I ordered chocolate chip cookie dough ice cream for a whopping $10 and only got vanilla ice cream. No chocolate chips or cookie dough to be found. Very disappointing!
