super happy with cold stone, they always make it yummy! and are very delicate as to packing everything, never had a problem

Delicious. Cold Stone is one of the best places to get ice cream. Chocolate Devotion® - Freezer is huge as you can see. Tastes good. And will last you a while. Fresh. Definately ordering this again.

I don't usually complain but I paid $11.99 for a pint of french vanilla ice cream and got a love it's worth in the container. It was to share between my grandfather and brother. Im unsure if thats how they scooped it or if the driver had some while driving, but its unfair how i paid that much for such a small serving. This doesn usually happen but i guess theres a first time for everthing i guess.

I ordered a cone for my ice cream, (the cone is wrapped), and inside the cone someone placed a single saltine cracker. I'm not sure if someone unwrapped the cone and put that there. It's really weird. Why would somebody put a saltine cracker? Seems really suspect.
