Have the freshest sandwiches  and burgers.Their breakfast is outstanding, they can do delicious eggs, anyway Yu want them.I grew up practically at the Colonnade diner..Went their for holidays, and after a funeral, for breakfast before going to Asbury park ,New Jersey in the summer. You. feel safe and it's homey..!!! Once Yu go there Yu will go back .! Just go there and Yu will know what I mean. After I went into the Navy,, I dreamed about the food from the Colonnade. So wen I came back, the first thing I wanted was the Colonnade. Went their almost everyday till I had to leave for Scotland..,I would tell every one on my ship all about the food and wonderful people who worked at the Colonnade.!!!  Boy for years all I wanted was to eat at the diner and  then I came home and yes to the diner I go.I came back from the navy and  boy was I angry that  Johnny Carson was leaving, but thank God the Colonnade was still there..!!!

Order a few times a week place nickels and dimes u I get a 16 or 20 oz coffee most of the time except when decide to send u the smallest cup of coffee u have ever seen for 3.25 in your life and if u order pancakes ask for syrup and butter

I have forgotten I have ordered from here before. (since this is the second time I ordered which means every time).

my mistake:
in the section where you can ask how you like your food being made.
I always use "if possible" at the end of every request.

issue: 
I asked for sausage and ham to replace the bacon and every time, they have given me all bacon with Hungry Man's Breakfast with Pancakes.

resolve: 
I guess it's really not possible to substitute.

overall: 
food is good even though I can't really eat bacon. thank you chef(s)/cooks for your creations.
