Fantastic Burritos, smother was really tasty, although was leaking everywhere out of the box because they put so much. Luckily they double pack it. The mild for me was really spicy, and I usually douse my food in Tabasco or Insanity sauce. Burritos are big and even at ~7 bucks is enough to fill ya up. Saving my "Hot" one for tomorrow, scared for the heat.

Excellent! We haven't been here since they had there restaurant off of Elizabeth street. Food is was frickin fantastic! The Chimichanga Dinner was so good, so cheesy and enough portions for dinner and lunch the next day!

Consuelo's is the best place, every time I've ordered in person or on dash it's been incredible. Their staff are always friendly, the green chile is out of this world, and their portions are great. Prices on everything are well within market, it's a must try if you have not - they won the 2025 Best use of green Chile awards hosted in NM which means you got to try! and a family-owned business in Fort Collins, Colorado if you want to keep supporting local.

Finally!! Mexican food worthy of a discerning pallet! The green chili is delicious. I ordered it hot - and it was hot! Yeah! The beans and chili relleno were perfect, and the rice is even delicious. Thank you!

Always delicious and packed great! Lots of cheese and green chile and then on the side so nothing gets mixed up or cold- veggies along with sour cream and guac. Yum!!
