Sometimes, I make paleo pancakes at home but there are days like today when it fries up like mush. So, I'm happy Corner Bakery is nearby me. CB isn't paleo but it's gluten-free pancakes. Yummy. I ordered a full breakfast meal but I'm full from pancakes and iced coffee. Corner Bakery is actually place a person can enjoy a well balanced meal. I highly recommend others eat CB too

I ordered the pick 2 for $20 and got the grilled cheese and lemon orzo soup. (Sick day 👎🏼) I got the chicken noodle soup instead. The flavor was really good but the cup of soup was absolutely tiny. I won't order again for the value. Hazelnut coffee was good.

The potatoes in the soup are extremely large chunks with not much broth. It tasted more like a casserole than a creamy soup. Also, the latte had no protective seal ensuring the lid hadnt been opened and nothing sealing the hole you drink from. Dont want to seem paranoid but you never know. .

The Berry & Almond Overnight Oats is always a solid consistent choice for breakfast. Occasionally my son gets a kids PB&J sandwich to snack on and generally they are ok. I know, how to mess up a PB&J, well they can. 1/2 the time or more they hardly have any peanut butter or jelly on the sandwich. It comes with a glass of milk, cookie, and chips so it's a good deal - we just add more PB&J ourselves.
