• 26-08-10The Country Chicken Fried Chicken was amazing, the sawmill gravy on top, the bread and Mac & Cheese, everything was amazing.

• 25-07-29This Pot Roast was dry and chewy. The mashed potatoes were stiff and dry. The best flavor was the mushy carrots and the broccoli was good. The corn muffin was tiny and dry and burnt, and the biscuit was dry. I would not order again or recommend it.

• 26-05-18I like to order when a restaurant is close to closing to see how the cooks handle a last minute order to see the quality of the food. So I chose different items that would already be prepared & some to make. Here are the results.Double Chocolate Fudge Coca-Cola® Cake this was not worth $8.00 tasted like box cake and was dry.
Chicken n' Dumplins well this was the worst..I believe it was sabotaged with an extreme amount of salt. Was unedable even though there was a good amount. The Best Classic Meatloaf. This was just a slab of old meatloaf. It was dry and didn't taste classic at all.
Fried Apples..So glad this was as good as always.
Baked Loaded Potato..it was a good size. The cheese was clumped and hard. Other than that it was good.
Onion Blossom..It was tasty small amount.
Pancakes..were good love the little bottle of syrup.
Buttermilk Biscuits..unedible incredibly hard. Was disappointed.
So those are just my opinions..but I give it only a 1 star.
The cost did not meet the quality.

• 26-06-06The dumplings were not cooked all the way and it was hard. The Mac and Cheese were bland. The potatoes were hard with a weird consistency. Barely any chicken and the chicken that was included were not good and fat chewy ends. Okra included just a few pieces. Biscuits hard as rocks. Disappointed all around.

• 25-11-15The Creole Catfish and Pumpkin Pie Slice wete very good with the right amount of spice. The hush puppies and Country Fried Shrimp were a little bland. Went through 5 dashers and over an hour late so won't order from there o inn the weekend again.
