• 22-01-30This was the worst CB meal we have ever received. The chicken was dry and burnt, the sides were cold and less than half the normal size, and it took twice as long to prepare as what I was quoted in the beginning.

• 25-11-20We love the family meals. They are such a great value. HOWEVER - I ordered a family side side of Mac'n'cheese thinking it would be a 8x10 pan since it was over $22 - nope! It was the smaller pan that normally comes with the family meals. They charge $60 for a family meal with the 2 sides, but the sides are separately sold for $20. The math doesn't math.

• 26-02-15Mac and cheese was stale, didn't have any sauce or flavor. The portion was small for the Mac and cheese and mashed potatoes. The value of the meal is not correct, I would never order again. Biscuit was dirty too

• 24-03-09The food arrived barely warm, which being a Friday night wasnt a big deal because I could reheat it but overall the food was either over cooked or incredibly undercooked. I rarely complain, but if I had gone to the restaurant and received the same food it would have been sent back because of how bad it was. Carrots were still crunchy and not cooked through. No chicken in the Chicken n' Dumplins. Dumplins were dry throughout. Should have gotten more than 2 biscuits, and the ones I did get were so small and flat, I put them together to make a single biscuit. Sad excuse for a dinner that cost so much.

• 26-06-19I got my order around 6:30pm so you would've thought that everything would be fresh. Not so for this Cracker Barrel, the spoon of dressing was old, it even had really hard biscuit or cornbread, I couldn't tell by looking at it. The sweet potato casserole had really strong cinnamon in some bites but not the other. And, I didn't receive any cornbread muffins or cranberry sauce (which I love both way too much). If you want my opinion I'd say that their prices have gone sky high for the meal you're served.
