This place NEVER fails! The food is always 10/10. They have never messed up my order (and if you use DD often, you know this is sadly common). Overall, it's always a tasty meal and it's easily my fave on DD!!!!

The quinoa had absolutely no flavor, not even salt and it was so dry no type of olive oil or anything in it. Same with the slaw the slaw was basically just the mix with no type of sauce or anything just dry cabbage and carrots and stuff. I also asked for silverware they even go through the trouble of giving you a spot where you specifically select to have silverware and I STILL didn't get the silverware OR any napkins. And if you order the raccoons, please do not expect them to be the same size as the ones you get from a Chinese food restaurant. They are about half the size very small.

I got a thai bowl delivered and when I opened my door and walked out, I immediately smelled something from my bag. I wasn't sure what it was but it was really strong. I took it inside and opened it up and once I did, I realized what it was. My salmon was extremely burnt, and when I tapped it on the table it was like a rock, it was black and charred all along the edges and tasted like coal. I really really do love crazy bowls and wraps and I get food from here all the time, and i've never had this problem before so I'm sure it was just a one time thing and i'd absolutely order again because their food is usually delicious. I'm just disappointed and kind of shocked that they definitely would've known how burnt it was but still gave it to me anyways. I also asked for no ice with my drink and they gave me ice, but thats fine. Otherwise the food is always good and the portions are perfect, i'm just a little surprised.

I enjoy Crazy Bowls but I've noticed significant portion downsizing. I used to get the rice crispie treat, but noticed its size dropped in half over several orders. Latest was a 2"x2"block for a dollar (more when door dashing). Just tried the fruit side. Again, its $1 on the website, more on door dash, but there i hardly any fruit in the dish. It doesn't even cover the bottom. Ridiculous!!!

The Mediterranean Bowl and egg Chicken Tex Mex Egg Roll (3ct) were so yummy. The sauce was the perfect tangy spicy addition to the egg rolls. This was the faster Door Dash order I've ever received. Great job on store and Driver. Thank you
