The order was good it's just not something I would get again because of the flavor choices but I would recommend the root beer cookie for root beer lovers because of the strong root beer flavor overall testing 7/10

Crumbl totally got the order wrong. We ordered 6 of the large cookies and they sent 6 minis that weren't even the correct flavors.

Usually cookies are spot on! I got two different looking cookies today that were supposed to be the same, the apple topping tastes different too.

The cookies were great. However, I walked in and stood at the counter with no one acknowledging that I was even there. Four employees stood behind the counter talking amongst themselves. I was right in front of them and they saw me.
