We've been ordering from crumble for years. never have I ever received a box of crumbles before where not only did the cookies all look absolutely ratchet -- not baked correctly or round-- but there are two of them that look like they've had bites taken out out of them!! What in the world crumble?! what is happening right now?? For $50 for a box of six cookies this is like totally unacceptable.

Had a party box delivere to my MIL for her birthday and she loves it. Used Door Dash and the order was at her door 25 minutes after placing my order. She said they're delicious. The only thing I would suggest is for them to include an option to send a gift note as she didn't know who they were from until I told her.
