Ordered the six pack for a friend's birthday. She said the cookies are so big she cuts them into 4 pieces. She also said they taste amazingly good.

Sadly due to the dasher holding the box upright, my cookies got all mashed and the icing got on the box. However, the taste is still AMAZING and the cookies are softer than I could have imagined. I haven't ordered from crumbl before but I will order again.

NOOOOO! Crumbl has completely changed their ingredients and it is so disgustingly obvious. The cookies are the same size, same good thickness and moistness, but the taste is horrendous. Tastes like preservatives and chemicals now. Got a 4 pack and every one was this way. Absolutely disgusting and will never order from here again. I used to love crumbl.

Items were half raw, and my chocolate cookie was falling apart. The peanut butter cookie is disgusting please dont buy it, this whole store is really bad.

Lately crumbl has been having inconsistent frosting abilities. Get no two cookies will look a like, but today was my last straw. Two of my cookies from the four-pack barely had frosting. When paying roughly $5 cookie, I would at least like my cookies to be frosted properly. Other than lack of proper frosting, they tasted okay.
