I've never had a bad experience with Crumbl before until today. The store itself is always clean and the staff is always friendly but for some reason we waited about an hour for our cookies today. It's a little frustrating but I understand that sometimes restaurants can get busy. Thats the only reason why Im not rating a 5 star. Overall the cookies were amazing and fresh. Wish I took a picture but my family took them before I could.

I paid for a "happy birthday" message for my son and nothing was added to my order for the happy birthday message/gift.
Don't waste your time or money paying extra when it is not included as they say it would be.

Sadly I didnt receive two of the cookies I asked for and got two different ones i didnt ask for. I did get a refund so i wasnt that upset. Cookies were still very good. My favorite was the confetti cake cookie!

I am not sure what happened to the chocolate chip cookies. it looks like they were baked at home so bad. This has never happened before, paper thin and very dark in color.
