• 26-06-25The cookies tasted terrible. Brownie, chocolate chip and sugar were equally awful. One dry as can be, one undercooked and the brownie just tasted blah. All three ended up in the trash. Will not return.

• 22-02-04Cookies bigger than expected. Taste great just too much sugar for me and my family's taste. Had to cut the cookies into smaller pieces so each person wasn't overwhelmed with the amount of sugar and thickness of the cookies.

• 26-07-24First time trying Crumbl and highly doubt I'll try again.
Only had thins to order. The concept is nice but the execution is horrible. As someone who bakes I don't understand why your cookies taste funny, don't break just twist, it's giving very processed, GMO, bio engineered food.

• 24-01-28I ordered the 4-pack. They were out of one of the cookies I ordered and the store gave me a call to inform me ahead of time and allow me to choose a different flavor. I thought that was very nice of them!! I much rather that than being surprised when it arrives with the wrong order! Thank you Crumbl! They were all delicious and I'll be ordering again in the future!
