I was so excited about the peanut butter and jelly cookie. The topping was amazing but the cookie itself was dry and kind of hard, not chewy like I prefer. My favorite this time were actually the thin chocolate chip cookies which were amazing!

Am not happy with the cookies this time, usually they do a good job and there sizes are accurate and the same every single time I order, this time the sugar cookie was small, I did not order a mini I ordered a box of 4 full size, the chocolate chip cookies were nearly burnt and hard as a rock and not fresh at all. I would like a refund immediately please.

very delicious cookies,very sweet. the lemon one im not a huge fan of. they were very warm which I love. they are really big cookies definitely a good yummy treat for a group

My favorites are the thin chocolate chip and oatmeal cookies! They are perfectly chewy and delicious. None of the other fancy flavors can beat them IMO.

The employees at this store are very rude and lack customer service skills. The lines for pickup orders can be confusing and both times I've been in, I've gone to the correct line yet the employees just walk right by you without making any contact or greeting and seem confused of why you're there.
