Service was excellent, but lacking on the toppings as usual. Pink velvet over all best cookie, with milkshake coming in at second cuz the sprinkles taste bad, and the sticky bun was absolutely disappointing. There are barely any toppings, and it looks absolutely nothing like the picture.

My favorite was pumpkin cheesecake and second favorite was the cookie dough. The French toast I wasn't crazy about and the chocolate chip tasted regular to me. Glad I tried it for the first time! The cookies was big, and I got full pretty quickly. Cookies were fresh except for the chocolate chip. I would order again.

Nilla Bean Float Cookie + arrived looking completely different + SMASHED all over the box.
🥴Very disappointed. I ordered the Nilla Bean Float Cookie, and what arrived looked completely different from what I ordered and was smashed all over the box. For a specialty cookie at this price, I expected the correct item to arrive in presentable condition. Unfortunately, this was not acceptable.

I love crumbl cookie but when it comes to the texture it's a bit under done for me. The flavors are delicious and the toppings are always on point. The middle just seems a bit doughy lately.
