80% water 20% beans. Otherwise beef was really good. It wasn't enough beef though for what u pay for and rice can be had for cheap.

The white rice had some of the burned rice from the bottom of the pot. Empanadas were mushy. Transporting the fried items in wax pastry bags help them from not getting so moist from the steam when they are hot. some of the plantains were not cooked through. I give this order a B- rating.

Always consistent. Taste was excellent. Very reasonable in price. Listened to instructions as well. So much food. Always fresh. Always order it once a week.

The Cuban Sandwich was good but not spectacular. Maybe a more well seasoned pork would have done it. But, baby this Ropa Sauce 8oz is soooooooo GOOD! I dipped the Cuban Sandwich in the Ropa Sauce 8oz and BOOM! My eyes went back andfeet started to dance. Baby', so good! Similar to a birria taco. I would order again but with that Ropa Sauce 8oz.
