This is the second time I've ordered the beef pastry and they didn't include it. I base the tip on the cost of the order so not only am I not getting the food I ordered, I'm losing money on tip/service fee/delivery fee. This location is inferior to the Elk Grove location. Take the beef pastry off the menu if you never have it.
